1 Overall

1.1 My ability to achieve good, high-quality results is: very good

- Managing the wp 1st year project course involving 45 projects, 4+1 teachers doing tutoring and final evaluation using structured grading criteria with 6 evaluation points, with a budget of 50h. Student evaluation of the course was (Mycket bra: 36%, Ganska bra: 64%)
- Contributing with course materials for engineering student project courses, and being active in the course slack channel to answer questions etc.

- Joint course development effort for OOP course, hoping to extend this colaboration into the OOA/D course.
- Sharing knowledge regarding GitLab build pipelines, Gradle and contributing with working open source code to monitor quality of student submissions
- Contributing with course materials for engineering student project courses.

- Being agile and flexible regarding tools and techniques for teaching and meeting students, for example live streaming weekly vlogs to keep a connection to the students when going full distance learning.
- Adding contingency plans to courses and examinations as the pandemic could potentially disrupt projects in a catastrophic way. Removnig some stress for students and colleagues.
- I’m happy and open to participate in most things related to having a better work environment, for example the day in our IoT lab.
2 Education

- Developed new Java OOP course, including automatic testing pipelines for student submissions.
- Initiating a survey on students attitudes towards automatic assessment of programming assignments.
- New materials for OOA/D course developed in the face of the pandemic.

3.1 My ability to carry out high-quality research is: good

- Two of my research papers were independently evaluated at 100% and 85% quality (mean score was 80%, N=142) in Deep analysis of quality of primary studies on assessing the impact of refactoring on software quality
